Squad 9 Baseball is a digital subscription service. Because access to the App's premium features is granted immediately upon payment, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying access to a digital product and that you waive any right to a cooling-off period or refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Squad 9 Baseball offers a free trial that allows you to experience core features of the App before purchasing a subscription. We encourage all users to take advantage of the free trial to evaluate the App before committing to a paid plan. The availability of the free trial constitutes your opportunity to assess whether the App meets your needs.

Squad 9 Baseball is a purely digital service. There are no physical goods, shipments, or returns associated with your subscription. The concepts of "return" and "exchange" do not apply to this product.
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions), please contact us at support@atkin.tech within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
If you reside in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws require a refund right that cannot be waived by contract, those statutory rights will apply to the extent required. In such cases, please contact us at support@atkin.tech and we will comply with applicable legal requirements.
